My journey began in retail and real estate, where I experienced the challenges non-technical founders face when trying to bring tech-driven ideas to life. It was difficult to make industries fairer and more transparent. These hurdles inspired me to seek out partners with complementary strengths and create a new kind of company that could bridge the gap between great ideas and practical technology. At Titali, I focus on nurturing founder relationships and ensuring our mission remains rooted in empathy, fairness, and impact so that a lack of technical expertise holds back no visionary.

Our story starts in the halls of the University of Nottingham, where Basil and Deepak, both pursuing their MBAs, first discovered their complementary talents. Basil's strategic vision and market acumen matched perfectly with Deepak's technical expertise and passion for building robust, scalable systems. Their friendship and collaboration on challenging case studies laid the foundation for a partnership that would later become a core strength of Titali Technologies.
Meanwhile, in Liverpool, Simren was forging an entrepreneurial path rooted in family values and facing the obstacles many non-technical founders encounter. His determination to overcome those challenges sparked the idea of a new kind of tech company, one that would make innovation truly accessible.
